    A reputable organization in the financial sector is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Associate to join its Human Resources team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, supporting HR operations, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of payroll and HR experience, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of payroll systems and processes.     Key Responsibilities

    • Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements

    • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of payroll records, deductions, and benefits

    • Partner with internal teams to manage onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding from a payroll perspective

    • Handle payroll audits and assist with year-end reporting, including W-2s and other tax documentation

    • Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries with accuracy and discretion

    • Support HR functions including employee data management and reporting

    • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational information

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and HR support roles

    • Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, or similar platforms)

    • Familiarity with relevant federal and state labor laws and tax regulations

    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary range of $100,000 – $120,000, based on experience
