    JOB SUMMARY:

    Ready to hire a highly motivated Human Resources (HR) Recruiter to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting various HR functions. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, management skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This role is crucial in attracting and retaining top talent as well as ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Recruitment:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment (attend job fairs and networking events) strategies to attract a pool of candidates; place ads and job openings on various platforms and manage the applicant tracking system

    • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate the interview process; reach out to candidates via phone and email and follow up with regular communication

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process Onboarding and Training:

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company

    • Assist in the development and delivery of training, benefits. and compensation programs for employees

    Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues

    • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture

    Compliance and Policy Management:

    • Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and organizational standards

    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

    Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases and files

    • Generate reports and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and workforce trends

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    5+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related area; excellent customer service skills

    Knowledgeable and proficient in various HR operations, functions and HRIS databases and software

    Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to efficiently multi-task.

    Excellent organizational skills and the ability to operate various office equipment (such as copier, phone, fax, etc.); excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects

    Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Google Docs and various Apps

    Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams

    HR Certificate, Associates Degree in HR Management/Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor Degree preferred)
