Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source top talent, and guide candidates through the interview and hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand hiring requirements and assist in creating job descriptions.
- Job Postings & Sourcing: Post job advertisements on various platforms and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
- Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Help with extending job offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Ensure candidate data is accurately maintained in the ATS.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
