    About The Role:

    This is a full-time role focused on building and supporting the company's most important asset—its people. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle while also ensuring employee well-being, engagement, and retention.

    The role combines hands-on hiring with day-to-day HR responsibilities, requiring someone who is both people-oriented and execution-driven. You will work closely with leadership to scale the team, create a strong culture, and ensure employees feel supported, motivated, and set up for success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
    • Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
    • Coordinate and manage interview processes end-to-end
    • Deliver an excellent candidate experience
    • Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
    • Act as the main point of contact for employee-related matters
    • Continuously improve employee experience and engagement
    • Monitor employee satisfaction and proactively address concerns
    • Develop and implement initiatives to improve well-being and morale
    • Support managers in handling employee challenges and feedback
    • Help build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
    • Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives
    • Assist with HR policies, procedures, and internal communication

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and hiring processes simultaneously
    • High level of ownership and execution mindset
    • Ability to build trust and strong relationships across the organization
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Familiarity with U.S. employment practices and labor laws – advantage
    • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment – advantage
