Job Title : HR Service Center Representative
Contract Duration : 6 Months
Pay range : $40 - 45.07/hr
Location : Framingham, MA
Work Type : Remote, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm ( office a few times a year and if there were tech issues they would need to work from the office)

Job Description:
Are you a customer-oriented individual with a passion for HR? We're seeking a dedicated HR Service Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to employees, answering their questions and resolving their HR-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Support: Answer employee inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• HR Policy and Procedure: Understand and apply HR policies and procedures.
• Case Management: Document and track employee inquiries in a case management system.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
• System Navigation: Assist employees in navigating HR systems and tools.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain employee data.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in HR or customer service
• Knowledge of HRIS systems
