    Job Description

    The HR Services Associate plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR Services and Total Rewards teams. This position provides administrative support, performs data audits, manages associate information updates, and generates reports. Additionally, the HR Services Associate will act as a key resource for the HR team by ensuring efficient internal and external communications and prompt resolution of HR-related tasks.

    This position will work on-site at our Jasper, Indiana office 3 days a week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage communications for multiple work streams, including physical mail, printing, email, and phone calls.
    • Provide administrative support of various benefits and retirement programs including medical, dental, prescription, life insurance, 401(k), and disability.
    • Respond to support agency inquiries, upload Medical Support Orders and Wage Garnishments to appropriate third-party vendors, etc.
    • Conduct data audits, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
    • Support the billing process with total rewards vendors, including vendor setup and timely invoice processing for payment.
    • Provide rotating support for the front desk at the Jasper regional office.
    • Cover the payroll hotline during peak times.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings as needed, including monthly benefits orientation.
    • Monitor activity on Corporation Service Company (CSC) portal.
    • Respond and track Verification of Employment (VOE) requests.
    • Manage digital recordkeeping.
    • Support a variety of other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Strong organization and time management skills
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Excellent communication skills with a high sense of confidentiality
    • Detail oriented with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other software and systems
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • A high school diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred with at least one year of relevant experience.
    • Experience managing routine to complex inquiries
