Job Description
The HR Shared Services department is the internal service provider for benefits, payroll, and all other HR-related inquiries, providing prompt, accurate and thorough help on all employment-related matters for Team Members at any level. The Associate HR-Ops Specialist ensures integrity of data in and out of HRIS system of record (PeopleSoft), including, but not limited to: pay adjustments, job data entries, data audits and governance, while also supporting cross function projects and consistently looking towards process improvement.

** RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES **
(75%) Provide Market Support and Case Resolution
(10%) Facilitate Completion of HR Projects
(15%) Continuous Process Improvement
Maintain and revise existing internal processes and procedures to reduce steps and cost per transaction
Train and educate other associates on revised processes and procedures
Perform employee record data audits to maintain data integrity and identify root-causes of discrepancies
Support implementation and test specifications for new HRIS functionality
Partner with internal customers and other HR departments to improve responsiveness and accuracy
Collaborate with TMSC regarding new processes or procedures
