    Essential Federal Credit Union (EFCU) is looking for an experienced MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR in the Baton Rouge, LA area. This position is Full-time with great benefits and competitive salary. To learn more about this exciting opportunity, review the job specifications below:

    Position Overview:

    Responsible for performing domain administration duties including but not limited to user management, DNS, DHCP, and Group policy. Installs, upgrades, and backs up software.  Provides technical support to end users. Maintains activity logs and makes recommendations for new domain products. Notifies manager of significant problems and recurring errors in network systems.

    Essential Functions and Duties:

    • Manages users and e-mail accounts.  Adds and deletes user accounts.
    • Maintains and supports the integrity of Active Directory, Office 365, and their Domain components.
    • Monitors server space and system usage.
    • Performs systems maintenance tasks, such as software upgrades, back-ups, recovery and file maintenance.
    • Configures, and test server software and resolves technical problems.
    • Ensures Credit Union compliance with software licensing agreements.
    • Monitors and maintains software licensing and maintenance agreements.
    • Administers, installs and troubleshoots a variety of operating systems
    • Ensures that effective security measures are in place to protect network data.
    • Ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to detect computer viruses.  Scans network nodes to detect viruses.
    • Remediate Server related software issues.
    • Responsible for maintaining written procedures for position.
    • Ensures Regulatory procedures are followed in accordance with Federal and State Regulations and updated as necessary.
    • Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management.
    • Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
    • Other projects as may be assigned.

     

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 Years of Related experience
    • High school graduate with two years of additional college computer training or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
    • Knowledge of Network operations and all related computer hardware and software.
    • Understanding of Credit Union operations and output requirements.
    • At least two years’ experience with PC hardware and software configuration and network support functions.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Group Policy
    • Endpoint Protection, IDS/IPS, and Windows Desktop Operating System.
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, team orientated, and works well with little supervision.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Resourceful and able to accomplish tasks with limited resources.
    • Goal orientated and meets deadlines.
