    Local HR outsourcing company is seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist. This position will provide accounting support to clients as well as the CFO in all areas of accounting including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, tax submissions, and account reconciliations.

    Essential duties and requirements include being able to timely and accurately submit payments; input credits and debits to the accounting system; develop and maintain reports and files; input general ledger information for client accounts.

    Candidate must have knowledge of accounting rules as well a proven solid Excel experience .

    PREFERRED: 

    • Some experience with payroll tax accounting
    • Degree in Accounting 
    • QuickBooks
