HR SOLUTIONS, LLC, a provider of Human Resource Outsourcing Services including Payroll, HR Consulting, Group Employee Benefits, Risk and Safety Consulting services to small and mid-sized companies, is seeking entry level sales representatives that will be responsible for the generation of new business appointments, proposals and sales of HR Solutions Services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cold Calling small and medium businesses by phone and in person to set meetings:
  • Goal of 4 new appointments weekly
• Keep records of all calls, appointments in Sales CRM
• Occasionally join tenured Sales team on appointments
• Assist with preparation of Pricing and Proposals
• Networking to develop effective relationships with trusted advisors
• Assist in achieving overall sales team new business goals

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Communications / Marketing
• Client Service / Sales Experience a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Exceptional presentation / communication skills
• B2B Sales Experience preferred
