HR Solutions, LLC is looking for a seasoned Human Resources Specialist that works well in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Client relations drive our business, so we are looking for an energetic, positive person that can ensure the needs of our clients are met or exceeded.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND PRIMARY DUTIES:
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Develop strong "business advisor" relationship with client decision makers
- Act as single point of contact to client for resolution to client problems
- Coordinate all internal stake holder's activities when working toward client problem resolution
- Promote full utilization of HRO software and services to clients
- Provide Tier 1 Prism system support to clients and employees for training, ESS, etc.
TIER ONE HR SUPPORT
- Be first point of contact for responsive HR needs (employee relations advice, HR forms, documents, etc.)
- Perform HR Compliance Assessments
- Complete HR project-based work as assigned
ASSIST SALES TEAM
- Go on sales calls to promote the importance of compliance and how HR is strategic to their company's success
- Assist in collection of documentation needed to onboard new clients
BENEFITS SUPPORT
- Assist as requested with annual and ongoing benefits enrollment activities
- Provide employee and client support for general benefits questions as needed
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
