HR Solutions, LLC, a provider of Human Resource Outsourcing Services including Payroll, HR Consulting, Group Employee Benefits and Risk Management Consulting services to small and mid-size companies, is looking for a seasoned Human Resources Generalist that works well in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Client relations drive our business, so we are looking for an energetic, positive person that can ensure the needs of our clients are met or exceeded.

We are our client's outsourced HR department. As a HR Generalist, you will help our clients implement an effective HR strategy designed to assure they are in compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will assist with employee relations issues, policy development and much more.

Job Description Primary Duties:

HR Consultant

• Develop strong “trusted business advisor” relationship with client decision makers
• Act as single point of contact to client.
• Promote full utilization of Payroll, HR and Benefits software and services to clients
• Be first point of contact for responsive HR needs (employee relations advice, HR forms, documents, etc.)
• Perform HR Compliance Assessments
• Complete HR project-based work as assigned
• Go on sales calls to promote the importance of compliance and how HR is strategic to their company’s success.
• Assist in collection of documentation needed to onboard new clients
• Other duties as assigned.
• Complete HR project-based work as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• 3+ years of Experience in Human Resources Preferred
• SHRM or HRCI Accreditation Preferred
