Job Description
Temp to hire recruiting opportunity for food service company located at their Lombard corporate office, this is onsite and will have HR responsibility as well. Create and execute recruiting strategy utilizing multiple platforms, proactive sourcing, networking, and community outreach.
Ability to track, document, screen, and disposition qualified candidates
Attends hiring events and networking events, build a strong pipeline of candidates in the community
Accurately maintain requisition information and candidate progress
Build relationships with management, keep up to date on their recruiting needs
Required Skills:
B.A, B.S. degree
Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt candidates
Articulate and confident in decisions made and actions taken
