Aligned Solutions is partnering with a nationwide corporation that is seeking a Human Resources Specialist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations with a primary focus on onboarding, systems management, and data integrity. This position ensures a seamless employee experience from offer acceptance through onboarding while maintaining accurate records and supporting critical HR processes.
This individual will operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing administrative execution with strong customer service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Support
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including communication, background screenings, system setup, and onboarding workflows
• Coordinate and maintain all required employment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Complete employment eligibility verification (Form I-9) and maintain proper documentation
HR Systems & Data Management
• Accurately input, update, and maintain employee data across HRIS and related systems
• Manage document uploads and ensure proper organization of confidential employee files
• Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms, including HR, scheduling, and other operational systems
Time & Employment Administration
• Process timekeeping updates and adjustments as needed
• Support employment verification requests not handled by third-party providers
• Assist with employee record updates, including changes in status, location, or role
Reporting, Audits & Process Support
• Execute routine HR audits, including data accuracy, onboarding records, and compliance documentation
• Assist in maintaining and updating HR process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and data accuracy
Team & Employee Support
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Provide guidance and support while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Monitor and respond to shared HR inboxes, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
General Administrative Support
• Perform general administrative duties including document preparation, filing, scanning, and correspondence
• Support broader HR initiatives and projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
• 2–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Working knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and compliance considerations
• Experience working with HRIS systems and data management
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in a multi-site or high-volume environment
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems and onboarding workflows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business tools
