    Responsibilities:

    *Maintains accurate and up-to day human resource files, records, and documentation

    *Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring process. Will refer more complex question to appropriate level HR.

    *Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of Human resource files and records

    *Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required docs are collected and filed appropriately

    *Provides clerical support to the HR department

    *May assist with payroll functions including reviewing timesheets, answering employee questions, and fixing processing errors.

    *Conduct or assist with new hire training

    *Assist with planning and execution of special events, meetings, recognition, etc.

    *Performs other duties as assigned.

    Required skills/ abilities:

    *Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    *Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

    *Excellent organizational skill and attention to detail

    *Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

    *Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS and other systems

    Education: Associate's degree in HR or BA

    Physical Requirements:

    *Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    *Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs
