    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience. This role will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes
    • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for all employees
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
    • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and programs
    • Support employee relations efforts by addressing concerns and escalating issues as appropriate
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
    • Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation
    • Coordinate training sessions and support employee development initiatives
    • Generate HR reports and provide data insights to support business decisions

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in an HR role preferred
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Compensation
    $65,000 per year
