We are seeking a proactive and adaptable HR Specialist with at least three years of experience to support our growing U.S. operations. This role will be instrumental in strengthening HR infrastructure, supporting cross-cultural workforce integration, and ensuring compliance across HR functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of bridging HR needs between our U.S. team and Chinese headquarters.
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth integration of new employees into our bilingual, multicultural work environment.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, address concerns, and mediate conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Support efforts to align company culture across U.S. and Chinese teams, including initiatives for team-building and communication.
Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems, provide guidance on performance issues, and support employee development initiatives.
Coordinate with department leads to identify training needs and facilitate skill-building workshops.
Process semi-monthly payrolls and manage benefits enrollment in collaboration with multiple vendors
Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date and compliant.
Policy Development & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies in line with federal and state labor laws, ensuring organizational compliance.
Ensure HR practices meet local regulatory standards, while harmonizing with HQ expectations.
Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, hiring pipeline, etc.) and contribute to data-driven decisions.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities with discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
Experience supporting a cross-border or multinational team
