About the Role: We are seeking an organized and people-focused HR Specialist to lead and support our employee onboarding and training programs. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and engaging new hire experience, while also developing training content and processes that help employees grow from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

🚀 Onboarding

Coordinate and execute all aspects of new hire onboarding from offer acceptance to orientation completion.

Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and resources.

Collaborate with hiring managers to create structured onboarding schedules for each role.

Ensure compliance with all onboarding paperwork, systems setup, and background checks.

📘 Training & Development

Assist in designing and delivering training programs for both new and existing employees.

Monitor training completion, track progress, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Support internal subject matter experts in creating department-specific training materials.

Update and maintain LMS (Learning Management System) content and records.

🤝 General HR Support

Serve as a point of contact for onboarding and training-related inquiries.

Assist with continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.

Support cross-functional HR initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

2+ years of HR experience, preferably in onboarding or employee training.

Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices and adult learning principles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms).

Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with platforms like Netsuite and Hubspot.

Familiarity with e-learning development tools (e.g., Canva, Articulate, or similar).

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
