Position Summary
The Student Worker – Administrative & HR Support provides practical experience in human resources and administrative functions within a growing manufacturing organization. This role offers students exposure to day-to-day HR operations, office administration, and organizational processes, supporting their professional development while contributing to U.S. Modules’ operational needs.
This position is designed to accommodate academic schedules and may be eligible for academic credit (unpaid) or paid compensation depending on the student’s standing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist HR with onboarding processes, including document collection, verification, and orientation support
- Organize and maintain personnel files, HR trackers, and internal spreadsheets
- Support scheduling, meetings, and internal communications
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR and Administrative teams
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives or compliance documentation
Qualifications / Requirements
- Currently enrolled at Texas A&M University
- Freshman–Sophomore
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or willingness to learn

Work Schedule / Duration
- Hours: 10–20 hours per week, flexible around academic schedules

Supervision and Evaluation
Reports directly to Nikki Ruiz
- Performance evaluations conducted periodically, with feedback aligned to learning objectives
- Support provided for academic credit verification, if applicable
