About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Support Analyst to support the digital HR transformation space. This position requires a combination of functional HR systems knowledge and strong communication skills to enhance employee interaction with tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central. You will be working closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth user experience and effective system usage.
Key Responsibilities:
Support SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central platforms, ensuring effective functionality and user satisfaction.
Identify improvement areas before application updates and help with documentation uplift and content creation.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and end users (managers, ICs, payroll, benefits, etc.) to communicate system changes.
Update training materials, resources, and user documentation as needed.
Participate in the early stages of new HR technology projects.
Leverage Jira and Microsoft Office Suite to manage tasks and track project progress.
Ensure that employee and manager experience with HR tools is seamless and effective.
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of experience in HR systems or employee experience, preferably in large or matrixed organizations.
Practical exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or Employee Central, even as an end user or admin.
Understanding of change management principles and their application in HR environments.
Strong communication skills to articulate technical details to non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to navigate through ambiguity to find solutions.
Excellent time management and stakeholder interaction skills.
Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to program management frameworks.
Experience in supporting diverse user groups with different functional requirements.
Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle.
Certification in HR systems or change management (nice to have).
