JPA is an equal opportunity employer! In this position, you will manage a caseload of 23 individual children and 2 small groups throughout the school year, while ensuring compliance with program funding requirements. Integral to the role is conducting intake interviews, formulating initial assessments, and developing treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client.

What it takes to succeed:

Here is what it takes! Knowledge and experience with Medicaid, an understanding of urban, under-resourced educational environments. A master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy is required. Valid licensure in Illinois as an LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LMFT is mandatory.
