Job Function:

• Working hands on in the plant with all departments – not always behind a desk
• Integral to the proactive efforts to improve processes
• Designing in SolidWorks (CAD system)
• Review product designs to ensure accuracy before production
• Assist in implementing and improving industrial automation
• Analysis of fluid mechanics
• Entrepreneurial Mindset – encouraged to bring new ideas to the table!

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field
• Must have at least 3 years of 3D CAD experience
• Minimum 5 years of Mechanical or Industrial Engineering experience
