Job Function:

• Rooming patients, patient intake, vitals, and medication reconciliation; data entry into eClinicalWorks medical record.
• Assist in exam rooms as needed.
• Draw up injections as needed.
• Give instructions or relay messages to patients as instructed by a physician.
• Ensure all related reports, labs and information are filed and available in the patient’s medical records before their appointment.
• Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, and prepare sterilization as required.
• Take telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy calls.

Basic requirements:

• Able to take vital signs.
• Experience in the medical field.
• High School diploma.
• Patient-focused.
• Willing to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Customer service and phone etiquette skills.
• Ability to maintain organized systems to ensure timely patient flow.
