You must have at least 2 years' maintenance experience and demonstrate competency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general construction repair.

If you have property or facilities maintenance experience that would be excellent, but it is not required for you to be considered.

You must be available to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
