Your primary task will be to conduct detailed financial analyses to determine the viability of proposed projects. You will work together as a team bringing diverse skill sets encompassing financial analysis, market search, due diligence, risk assessment, investment analysis and reporting. We are looking for a self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and identify opportunities independently.

What it takes to succeed:

All you need is a background in real estate, finance, economics, accounting, or business administration. Having a detail-oriented and analytical character, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines (is a BONUS!)

Work alongside a team of in-house experts including developers, architects, and property management staff, gaining exposure to the entire real estate process from project identification through design, construction, and operations.
