    Pure Wafer Inc. is looking for an experienced executive to maximize the successful adoption of our products by prospective & existing merchants through industry-leading product sales. This role will directly report to the CEO of Pure Wafer and collaborate with executive leadership to create additional awareness for our solutions and reinforce our leadership in industry forums, initiatives and conferences. As a member of the Executive team, this individual will have a highly visible leadership role. The VP of Sales must develop an exemplary sales leadership team who can lead the company into its next phase of growth. 

    • Develop a culture of “hunting” and “closing”; Deliver to the BU (business unit) quarterly and yearly revenue commitments; and Set & achieve fair quota for the sales individuals. 

    • Pro-actively and aggressively build a strong funnel of compelling opportunities at worldwide customers. Drive and deliver to high closure rate from funnel to actual wins. 

    • Develop and nurture executive relationships with new potential customer and partners; help expand and deepen relationship with existing customers and partners 

    • Working closely with Division management, identify new partners and potential acquisitions to grow existing businesses and/or enter adjacent markets 

    • Identify / lead / engage relevant industry initiatives and organizations with the goal to create demand and defensible advantages for solutions 

    • Joint with Marketing, provide inputs to define the next-generation product and technologies road-map 

    • Lead internally & externally; collaborate cross-functionally with key internal partners; and demonstrate an ability to develop people 

    • Architect and implement the strategy for pricing, messaging, packaging, promotion and selling of our products 

    • Act as the "voice of the customer" and bring customer insights (direct and from other teams) into product, messaging and financial decisions 

    • Align all cross-functional activities and output to overarching business strategy. 

    • Lead, manage, motivate the team

    Who is Pure Wafer looking for: 

    • Experience working with/for: MEMC, Global Wafers, Soitec, Sumco, Shin-Etsu, Wacker, Wafer Reclaim, Wafer Brokerage firms, IC fabs and/or IDMs would be a plus 

    • Successful Sales Leader with 10+ years' experience; Sales leadership preferred 3+ years Director or above leadership, ideally at a $50M->$100M company

    • Demonstrated ability to create world-class sales tools; educate, develop & manage a global sales force 

    • Driven Achiever that is Data driven, agile, ethical and collaborative 

    • Travel up to 50%

    Education: • BS/BA degree required. MBA preferred
