    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR and Office Manager to join our team. This is a dual-role position that combines hands-on office management with critical HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, excellent communicator, and passionate about creating an efficient, compliant, and welcoming work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Office Management

    Answer incoming calls and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth

    Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security procedures are followed

    Receive and distribute mail and packages

    Order and manage office and kitchen supplies

    Coordinate with vendors and building management as needed

    Support general office operations to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

    Human Resources

    Develop and post engaging and compliant job descriptions across platforms

    Screen applicants and coordinate interview schedules

    Ensure staff credentialing and licensing requirements are up-to-date and compliant with applicable regulations

    Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes

    Assist employees with benefits enrollment and related questions

    Support leadership in addressing and resolving employee grievances or conflicts professionally and confidentially

    Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR audits or reports as needed

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in both HR and office management roles

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Working knowledge of HR compliance, credentialing, and employment law

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/systems

    Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
