Job Description
_ Reporting requests_
Candidate must be detail oriented,
** Workday certification is a plus**
QLIK- system for visualization ? going to be maintaining reports and dashboards, not really building from scratch.
HR data is in workday. Legacy data might be in ICIMS
Engagement data is in Quantum (not really needed for this role).
** Reporting Module** focus within Workday.
North America HR data- data management
_ Skills:_
3–5 years of experience working with Workday, with a focus on HR reporting, dashboards, or analytics.
Hands-on experience creating and maintaining reports and visualizations for business users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to clearly communicate data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience with additional HR systems & Data Analytic tools such as Quantum Workplace, Qlik, MAXQDA, Tableau or similar tools.
Exposure to data visualization best practices and storytelling concepts.
Workday Reporting or Pro Certification (or progress toward certification).
Prior experience supporting HR, People Analytics, or Talent-related functions.
Pharma and/or Biotech industry experience a plus.
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and data analysis), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Team oriented: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
