    We are seeking an experienced CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE, with a proven track record of successes in business development, selling services throughout the Southern California Marketplace. The ideal candidate will have previous experience developing and managing new business relationships within the staffing and professional services field. He/she must possess a high level of competence and professionalism to develop relationships with new and existing clients, as well as being a highly self-driven and goal oriented individual. The position requires the ability to consistently generate a high volume of sales calls and contacts.

     

    The HRCS Client Services Representative position provides a generous Base Salary and Monthly Commissions, along with the opportunity for advancement. Qualified leads, along with repeat business opportunities, from prospective and existing HRCS clients are provided.

     

    This position is based in our West Los Angeles headquarters, with local travel throughout the Southern California area.

     

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    · Identify potential Contract, Contract to Hire and Direct Placement business opportunities utilizing traditional and creative mechanisms.

    · Generate a high volume of daily client contacts via cold calling, mail, e-mails, social media and direct-marketing campaigns.

    · Negotiate terms and rates, bringing new client engagements to close.

    · Collaborate with HRCS Staffing Team for Start of Project Meetings with client.

    · Participates with management and makes routine service calls to clients (Contract & Contract to Hire Projects) to monitor project status, ensure quality service, identify any problems, obtain feedback and resolve all client concerns to ensure complete client satisfaction.

    · Participate with management in End of Project meetings with client (Contract & Contract to Hire Projects) to ensure client’s objectives have been met.

    · Represents the firm at Networking Events.

     

     

     

     

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    · Must have a minimum of 3 plus years’ Sales experience, preferably in staffing, consulting or a related service field.

    · Must not be averse to volume cold calling.

    · Must be multi-tasking, organized and self-motivated.

    · Must have a verifiable proven track record or successes working with all levels of people ranging from administrative to CEO.

    · Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet sourcing.

    · Experience with CRM systems.

    · Reliable transportation with acceptable driving record and proof-of-insurance is required.
