CONTRACT RECRUITER – HEALTHCARE - REMOTE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting efforts for the company.
• Consult and partner with hiring managers to establish staffing needs
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies
• Utilize various recruiting tools to source candidates such as online databases, advertisements, job fairs, networking, and other creative avenues
• Develop and implement talent acquisition programs ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning
• Coordinates new hire orientation information as needed
• Create and maintain recruitment scorecard and Recruiting metrics

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years’ experience as a Recruiter conducting full lifecycle Recruiting in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track recording staffing healthcare, administrative and management positions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong customer-service orientation, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with utilizing ATS and HRIS systems to manage full cycle hiring processes.
• Highly motivated organized self-starter focused on quality, service and teamwork.
• Extensive knowledge of employment laws and practices.
