    Job Description

    HRCS is a California Staffing firm providing Human Resources Professionals for CONTRACT, CONTRACT TO HIRE and DIRECT HIRE placements. Established in 1993, the firm has provided its services to companies from a variety of industries such as Automotive, Aerospace/Defense, Biotechnology, Consumer Goods, Entertainment, Financial Services, Foods Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail & Technology. For our West Los Angeles Corporate Office, we are seeking an experienced ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE with a proven track record of successes in a similar capacity. The ideal candidate will possess the competence and professionalism to manage their position, develop relationships, and manage marketing and business intelligence initiatives.

    THIS POSITION IS BASED IN OUR WEST LOS ANGELES HEADQUARTERS. WE OFFER THE OPPORTUNITY FOR A PERSON WITH AN INTEREST IN HR AND THE STAFFING INDUSTRY TO PARLAY THEIR EXPERIENCE INTO A DYNAMIC CAREER OPPORTUNITY.

      

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Mine Internet sources for target client information, and new business opportunities.
    • Coordinate with team and management on target client opportunities and priorities.
    • Prepare new Client Intake information for HRCS teams.
    • Update the HRCS Database with new Client Prospects, and updates to existing Client files.
    • Research and contact decision makers at prospect companies.
    • Maintain MailChimp database and execute Client and Prospect Marketing campaigns.
    • Report on key Marketing and Campaign metrics.
    • Build and maintain relationships with current and past client decision-makers, earning new business.
    • Provide stellar customer service, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
    • Research and market to new geographic areas.
    • Develop and prepare professional-level marketing materials.
    • Make daily outbound calls and emails to Client Prospects.

      

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum of 2 plus years’ Sales, Marketing or Administrative experience, preferably in staffing, consulting or a related service field is required.
    • Must possess good communication skills and able to execute high volume outgoing prospect calling.
    • Must be adept at multi-tasking, organized and self-motivated.
    • Must have a verifiable, proven track record or successes working with all levels of people ranging from administrative to CEO.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet sourcing.
    • Experience with CRM systems.
    • Familiar with online marketing analytics & reporting. MailChimp, Google, and LinkedIn Analytics experience preferred.
    • Reliable transportation with acceptable driving record and proof-of-insurance is required.
