    Overview
    The HRIS Analyst supports the administration, maintenance, and optimization of HR and organizational data across HR systems and related platforms. This role partners closely with HR, Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system stability, and effective integration across the HR technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting both operational and system-related HR needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and support HR and organizational data within HR systems, including employee records, positions, departments, locations, and organizational structures
    • Provide operational support for ancillary HR platforms, ensuring accurate and timely data flow across systems
    • Assist with system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities
    • Support change requests by assessing impacts to configurations, integrations, and downstream systems
    • Gather and document business requirements related to HR data and system functionality
    • Execute system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and provide pre- and post-deployment support
    • Maintain foundational system tables and security access related to HR and organizational data
    • Perform routine data audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards
    • Support HR teams with reporting, queries, and ad hoc workforce data requests
    • Troubleshoot system, data, and integration issues in partnership with Technology teams and vendors
    • Develop and maintain process documentation, data standards, and system procedures
    • Support workforce reporting and HR data analysis initiatives

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
    • Experience supporting HR systems within an HRIS, HR, or payroll environment
    • Experience managing organizational and workforce data, including departments, positions, and location structures
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools

    Preferred

    • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or similar HRIS platforms
    • Experience supporting integrations, vendor systems, or HR data workflows
    • Experience with HR reporting, queries, or workforce analytics
    • Curiosity and interest in continuous process and system improvement
