Job Description

1. - Troubleshooting and support of the following devices:

• iPhones & Androids – Assist employees installing PET app, as well as troubleshooting problems such as app not synching, crashing, or not able to clock in or out.
• Troubleshoot PET – Biometrics Timeclocks, Time Kiosk Tablets, and Tablets, including:
  • Scan guns
  • Tablet’s internal barcode readers
  • Devices camera

2.- Support HRIS Specialists in the rollout of Biometrics Iris timeclocks for Nurseries

• Enroll 350 employees, capture eye iris image and create employee template

3.- Work together to build Excel reports for Orchards:

• Missing punches
• OT analysis
• Supervisor vs Regular hours comparison report

4.- Will require to work as early as 5:00 am and as late as 8:00 pm on occasions.

Major of preference for this job:

• Business & Finance
• Economics
• Math

SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE, AND SKILLS:

• Type 25 wpm and 10 key typing
• MS word, excel outlook a must
• Bilingual Spanish
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
