  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to provide our clients with best-in-class customer service, processing timesheets, updating payroll records, generating reports and client portal support. Ultimately, you'll ensure client payrolls are processed correctly and on time. Will be required to perform other general administrative duties as requested.  If you have great attention to detail and outstanding analytical and numerical skills, we'd like to meet you!

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and process payroll for assigned clients accurately and timely
    • Ensure clients comply with deadlines for reporting, processing, and funding of payroll
    • Print, fold, stuff, distribute and ship payroll checks
    • Support clients and their employees with use of our HRIS system, including but not limited to Client Portal Training, Web Reports and Employee Self Service
    • Perform employee maintenance within the HRIS system
    • Interact with clients and vendors as needed
    • Answer, take messages and forward inbound calls
    • Distribute mail
    • Work with internal teams to provide client support
    • General customer service activities include applying logic and reasoning to identify appropriate solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems to meet the client’s needs

    SKILLS

    • Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role
    • Familiarity with payroll processes
    • Working knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems, PrismHR, iSolved and TimeCo a HUGE PLUS
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
    • An analytical mind with good math skills
    • Professional verbal and written communication
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Bi-lingual Spanish required

    Expected start date no later than March 1, 2023.
