Job Description
Responsibilities
· Work side-by-side with Social Media Assistant Manger.
· Develop social media campaigns for assigned Chevy nameplates including lifestyle, in-market and social executions. The manager will be assigned nameplates and will:
· Manage social engagement / brand channel management for respective nameplates
· Manage creative and media agencies to ensure successful project delivery (on time, on budget, on quality) and optimal optimization of creative and media to drive key nameplate and brand outcomes
· Collaborate with major portals and online destinations to develop unique and effective digital executions to improve Chevrolet brand awareness, consideration and opinion
· Drive innovation in terms of media and creative execution
· Manage Social style guide, ensure consistency of branding and creative executions and solicit digital media best practice is applied across all lifestyle digital media campaigns and partner integration
· Assist in development and management of division’s social media strategy for all Chevy vehicles including respective elements of social/brand channel management, social media creative and emerging technologies
· Work closely with major social destinations and toolsets to develop unique and effective digital executions to improve Chevrolet brand awareness, consideration and opinion
· Leverage reporting, metrics / analytics and best practices in the lifestyle digital space and work closely with the central digital teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness for the division’s online advertising spend
· Execute directives and own projects
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand management, preferably in the automotive industry.
· Strong understanding of digital media platforms, social media trends, and online consumer behavior.
· Excellent project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in digital marketing.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
