We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are a busy salon located in high traffic shopping center in Laguna Niguel.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist clients
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be somewhat familiar with Microsoft Word, and Excel spreadsheet and reports.
- Prefer experience with Booker software used for Salon.
- Typing skills are required.
- Reliable and responsible
- Dress for Success
Skills:
- Must be comfortable using computer and related technology
- Must be able to do min speed typing.
- Knowledge of MS office, MS EXCEL, MS Word is required
- Must be familiar with using Google Doc / Google Drive
- Preferred experience with some appointment booking software
- It is a plus to be familiar with social media
