    We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are a busy salon located in high traffic shopping center in Laguna Niguel.

    Responsibilities:

    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
    • Plan and schedule appointments and events
    • Greet and assist clients
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • Perform all other administrative tasks

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
    • Must be somewhat familiar with Microsoft Word, and Excel spreadsheet and reports.
    • Prefer experience with Booker software used for Salon.
    • Typing skills are required.
    • Reliable and responsible
    • Dress for Success

    Skills:

    • Must be comfortable using computer and related technology
    • Must be able to do min speed typing.
    • Knowledge of MS office, MS EXCEL, MS Word is required
    • Must be familiar with using Google Doc / Google Drive
    • Preferred experience with some appointment booking software
    • It is a plus to be familiar with social media
