Job Description
The HSE Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent Health, Safety, and Environmental performance across the Electrical Equipment Center of Excellence (EECOE) sites. This role leads the execution of established MCG HSE policies, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement in safety performance at the site level. Working in close partnership with the Central Operations Safety Leader, the HSE Manager standardizes HSE processes, oversees regulatory and audit readiness, leads incident investigation, and reinforces operational risk controls across all managed locations. This role focuses on implementation and performance execution ensuring OSHA compliance, strengthening site-level accountability, improving leading and lagging indicators, and embedding a strong safety culture aligned with enterprise standards.
