Job Description
As a Health Safety Environmental (HSE) Specialist II at Tessenderlo Kerley, you will have 5 - 10 years HSE program experience an emphasis on environmental program coordination. You will be responsible for supporting HSE programs for (16 TKI 3- Tiger-Sul) 19 chemical manufacturing plants, laboratories, farms, and the Corporate Office.

** Key Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors:**
BS degree in Science, Engineering, or HSE-related discipline and 5 – 10 years’ experience.
Demonstrated ability to analyze regulations and assist operating facilities with compliance strategies.
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and NFPA regulations, applicable state requirements, and industry standards.
Able to recognize, evaluate, and recommend controls for workplace hazards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizational skills.
Experience presenting to large groups of people.
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
Experience with managing multiple projects and tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to be full face respirator certified.
Must be able to travel up to 20%.
