Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager
Industrial Services | Field Leadership | Safety-Driven Operations
We’re seeking a strong HSE leader to drive safety performance across high-risk industrial operations. This role owns the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety programs that protect employees, strengthen compliance, and elevate operational performance.
This is a highly visible position for a safety professional who leads from the front, influences culture, and partners directly with operations to build world-class safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead safety programs across industrial sites, ensuring full OSHA and regulatory compliance
Partner with operations leadership to drive a proactive, behavior-based safety culture
Conduct audits, site inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
Manage workers’ compensation, liability claims, and incident reporting processes
Oversee industrial hygiene monitoring, ergonomic assessments, and exposure controls
Develop and deliver safety training programs aligned with regulatory and operational needs
Maintain OSHA logs, compliance documentation, and safety performance metrics
Support Process Safety Management (PSM) and risk management initiatives
Drive continuous improvement through leading indicators and best-in-class safety practices
Qualifications
5+ years of HSE experience in industrial, petrochemical, manufacturing, or field services environments
Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
Proven ability to influence leadership and build a strong safety culture
Experience conducting incident investigations, audits, and safety training
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems
Bachelor’s degree in HSE or related field preferred
