    Social Media & Marketing specialist (full-time)

    Job Description

    As a social media and Marketing Specialist you will be directly involved in maintaining and enhancing Advance Medical groups image on social media. You will also be involved in the marketing efforts of the company to help promote our services to the community we serve. This will be in conjunction with the Medical Director and Practice Administrator.

    Website Upkeep

    • Updating website as needed

    • Website Admin and coding for catalog integration

    • Controlling email and seeing online orders from beginning to end

    • Some Coding and SEO management

    Social MEDIA

    · Overseeing our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages.

    · Manage, develop, and oversee social media strategy, content and calendar (daily/weekly)

    · Respond to inbound social media traffic

    · Find and engage new potential patients

    · Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics and trends to track growth

    · Measure web traffic and monitor SEO

    · Report on online reviews and feedback

    · Increase social media following

    Marketing

    · Create Brochures and materials to educate the community of our services

    · Maintain our website presence and update our website as needed

    · Create content for advertising

    · Participate and coordinate social events such as medical fairs

    - Introduction to Specialty doctors and setting up lunches

    • Provide continued support for one or more web properties.
    • Maintain communication with managers concerning the direction of the website.
    • Knowledge of how-to Code and script applications.
    • Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis.
    • Develops an SEO roadmap for Web Properties.
    • Maintains overall alignment with business goals and SEO strategy.
    • Identifies SEO issues and implements solutions.
    • Designs keyword discovery and link-building strategy.
    • Highly proficient in SEO tools such as Moz SEO, Webmaster tools, Google Analytics
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledgeable about HTML and CSS
    • Inventory management for order that come through for sites

    Experience

    · 3 years of social media and Marketing required

    · Proven track record of successfully maintaining Social Media sites

    · Medical social media and Marketing experience preferred

    · Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google analytics

    · Experience managing and maintaining a website
