They should also have the ability to operate in a resourceful and self-directed manner. As a personal assistant, your responsibilities will include managing both my business and personal affairs. This will entail scheduling (for both personal and client projects), conducting research, ordering groceries, arranging personal appointments, and more. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to perform tasks with minimal guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to the business owner. Full-Time, 30 hours per week, exempt position. Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, though occasional evening, weekend, or holiday hours may be required.
