Responsibilities will include but not be limited to leasing oversight, performance management, website management, leasing documentation and administrative duties. The candidate must be able to work independently, collaborate with small teams and communicate with leadership. The candidate will work with both the Leasing department and Property Management department.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform building tours and check on property appearance and operationsConfirm unit turns and ensure they are up to standardKeep track of move in inspection files in Onsite and YardiManage compliance aspect of Onsite to Yardi uploadsManage leasing information and update website as neededAmend renewals/contracts in a fluid marketHelp coordinate move ins/outs as neededAssistance in delivering key fobsAudit of AmenitiesCreation of Pet Riders and Amenity RidersProvide landlord reference letters for all tenants by request through databaseAssist in Statistics/Data collection and analysis through reportingProvide a high level of customer service to our residentsQualifications·      Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite·      Interest in Real EstateCompensation·      Paid Internship
