    Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative Requirements

    Property & Casualty license (preferred but not required).

    Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives.

    Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.

    Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening.

    Basic computer and math skills

    Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing in Spanish

    Must be a team player and work well with others

    Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

    Answer phone calls and assist existing insureds with their policy questions

    Process endorsements and ensure signatures are received

    Cross-sell existing insureds

    Assisting team members as needed

    Follow up on post closing duties to ensure all documents are signed

    Reconciling monthly reports to ensure agency is in compliance

    Process payments
