    Job Description

    The ECOMMERCE KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER will oversee the business relationship of key accounts, with a focus on their Ecomm business, and other national retailers while growing sales to meet company goals and objectives. Key areas of focus include site merchandising & marketing, increase engagement and sales, and measure success through data and analytics.

    • Work cross-functionally to ensure all aspects of the e-commerce ecosystem are optimized for algorithms and consumers: content, search, advertising, inventory and reviews.

    • Specialize and focus on growing specialty accounts online and supporting our retail partners

    • Work closely with retail partners to create and deliver an annual plan for each retailer covering activation of key launches and marketing moments

    • Reviewing promotional activity analysis to maximize key learnings

    • Fostering relationships with e-retailer planning teams and align with internal teams

    • Work closely with the Director of Sales on seasonal plans and forecasts

    • Provide weekly account business recaps and monthly reporting that details sell-thru by SKU, ranking, productivity, stock & sales and competitive analysis

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in an extremely fast-paced environment and manage time effectively

    • Results-driven and able to work with the cross-functional teams

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self- starter, and be able to work independently.

    • Must have wholesale sales experience

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence in speaking in front of groups

    • Organized and detail-oriented

    • Excel expertise required

    • Passion for beauty, skincare, health & wellness!

    KNOWLEDGE :

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or other relevant study

    • 3 years+ experience in consumer or professional goods, Beauty/Wellness industry a recommended plus
