Job Description
The Manager, Human Resources is an onsite leadership role based in our 24/7 airport operational facilities that will lead a team of HR professionals focused on human resource operations. This role emphasizes employee and labor relations, ensuring that the organization adheres to employment laws, company policies and fostering a positive work culture for all. This working manager will be responsible for the handling and oversight of team member disputes, overseeing labor regulations and collaborating with leadership on strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and resolve workplace challenges. This role may support multiple McGee Airport operational locations and may require short notice of travel and the ability to periodically work alternate schedules to support our 24/7 operational teams.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
4+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or HR Operations
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership, HR Business Partner, or people management role
Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforces in operational environments
Strong working knowledge of employment law and employee relations practices
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to travel up to 20% and support varying schedules
Authorization to work in the U.S.
