    We are seeking servers with an outgoing/friendly personality who can provide great service to our guests!

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Promptly and warmly greet guests in restaurant; takes food and beverages in an efficient manner, following established steps of service.
    2. Delivers food promptly and professionally; maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards. Follows up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests.
    3. Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients. Advises guests on appropriate combinations of food and drink when requested; accommodates reasonable requests and notes preferences. As needed, demonstrated knowledge of specialized diets and allergens.
    4. Exhibits exceptional communication skills and demonstrates ability to get along well with others. Remains flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff.
    5. Collects tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
    6. Promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for guests.
    7. Maintains a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information that is shared.
    8. Promptly addresses complaints or issues; relays relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor.
    9. Ensures that the restaurant is properly set up prior to and after the service period; keeps area clean and neat while meeting established sanitation standards.
    10. Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

    Job Requirements

    1. TABC Certification Knowledge of Point of Sale system
    2. Knowledge of basic sanitation controls and purpose and use of cleaning supplies.
    3. Knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation procedures.
    4. Must possess excellent customer service skills.
    5. Detain-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
    6. Must be extremely responsible with integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
    7. Works well as part of a team.
    8. The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Department schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands and associates may be asked to work shifts other than those they prefer or normally work including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays and special events as needed.
