Switched Ethernet Integration Consultant Contract role in Dallas, TX KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: 10+ years in Switched Ethernet Knowledge of cloud services Specialization in service integration. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive for fallout resolution for On Demand platform (sales, ordering, provisioning, delivery and billing)
• Interaction with the Technology Development, Product and Seller community to address recurring fallout issues that impact flowthrough
• Lead discussions with Technology Development on impact and resolution measures needed to reduce recurring issues
• Coordinate with Product Development teams to prioritize issues and recommendations
• Manage existing metrics tracking fallout performance and provide readouts to product leadership on a monthly basis
