We are looking for a Roofing Inspector to perform roof inspections and storms inspections on multifamily and commercial properties, which includes steep slope roofs. Must have 5 years commercial roofing experience and be willing to travel 75% of the time. Be able to identify leaks and common roof deficiencies and make repairs as needed. Must be able to identify wind and hail damage and be able to document it for reports. Posses the ability to set up and climb ladders. Ability to operate manlifts is a plus. A background in maintenance, general repair and construction is also preferred. Must posses a valid Driver's License. Position will travel throughout the United States. Familiarity with a smartphone is essential in order to operate our roofing software. This position requires an individual who is personable, speaks English fluently and can work independently at times.
