Eventual promotion to account executive envisioned. International placement possible.

Responsibilities:

• Support Account Manager with multiple on-going projects
• Communicate with account manager, vendors, artists, clients as needed per project
• Troubleshoot and resolve project issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
