Responsibilities

Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems

Learn proper use of tools, materials, and equipment

Maintain clean and safe job sites

Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

Support technicians with daily tasks and job preparation

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions

High school diploma or GED preferred

Preferred (Not Required)

Mechanical aptitude or hands-on skills

Trade school interest or enrollment

EPA certification or willingness to obtain
